These terms govern your use of the Leonidas Consulting website and, if you have been given access, the client portal. By using this website or signing in to the client portal, you accept these Terms of Use.
Website use
This website provides information about Leonidas Consulting and the advisory services offered by Tom Leonidas, PE, MBA. Content is published in good faith and is intended for general informational purposes only. You may view, download, and print pages from this site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of this site for commercial purposes without written permission from Leonidas Consulting.
No advisory relationship
Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice, an offer of services, or a commitment to enter into an advisory engagement. An advisory relationship with Leonidas Consulting is created only by a signed written agreement between you and Leonidas Consulting. Until that agreement is in place, no duty of care is owed to you by Leonidas Consulting or Tom Leonidas arising from your use of this website or the information it contains.
Client portal access
The client portal is available only to people Leonidas Consulting has authorized as members of a client organization. Accounts are created and credentials are provided directly by Leonidas Consulting. You may not share your sign-in details with anyone else or allow another person to sign in under your account. If you are an administrator for your organization, you are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite or represent are authorized to access the organization's information.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify Leonidas Consulting immediately so access can be revoked or reset. Leonidas Consulting may suspend or terminate portal access at any time to protect the security of the portal or the organization.
Acceptable use of the portal
You agree to upload only documents you have the right to share and that relate to your engagement, and not to place unlawful, infringing, or harmful content into the portal. You may not use the portal to store or transmit material that violates any law or the rights of any person, or attempt to gain access to another organization's portal, documents, meetings, or messages. Each organization's information is isolated; you are granted access only to your own organization's portal.
Confidentiality of portal content
Documents, messages, and meeting records in the portal are shared between your organization and Leonidas Consulting in the course of an advisory engagement. The confidential nature of preliminary discussions and ongoing engagement work is respected equally inside the portal as it is in any direct conversation. You should exercise the same care with portal content that you would with any confidential business material.
Client data and artificial intelligence
Leonidas Consulting does not submit portal documents, messages, meeting records, or other client information to public or third-party artificial intelligence models for training, data mining, or product improvement. Client content is not entered into AI services whose terms allow them to learn from submitted data, and no AI service is granted access to your organization’s portal.
Where AI-assisted tools are used in advisory work, they are used only if their terms prohibit training on submitted content and the information stays under Leonidas Consulting’s control, or only with information already in the public domain. This commitment does not reduce any confidentiality obligation owed under a signed engagement agreement, and it applies whether or not such an agreement exists.
Consultations
Introductory conversations are confidential and without obligation until a formal engagement is agreed upon in writing. Information you share during a preliminary discussion is treated with the same discretion as any formal engagement, but no deliverable, advice, or outcome is promised until an engagement is contracted.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Leonidas Consulting and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The Leonidas Consulting name and logo may not be used without written permission. Documents you upload to the portal remain the property of their owner; by uploading, you grant Leonidas Consulting a limited right to view and use them for the purpose of the engagement. Materials, frameworks, or deliverables produced by Leonidas Consulting during a contracted engagement remain the property of Leonidas Consulting unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. Leonidas Consulting does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonidas Consulting and Tom Leonidas disclaim any liability for losses or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of or reliance on this website, the client portal, or their content. Information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Leonidas Consulting does not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted or error-free. Professional liability for advisory work performed under a signed engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement agreement.
Changes to these terms
Leonidas Consulting may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or the client portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
