Tom Leonidas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership, governance, financial management, business operations, marketing, and networking. As a former CEO of a multi-discipline company, he has a proven track record of growing businesses and people both locally and nationally.

With over 40 years of expertise that includes CEO, CFO and COO roles, Tom works with leaders to strategize, plan, and grow their organizations while fostering a culture of collaboration and sustainable growth. His ability to connect with clients and understand their unique needs sets him apart as a trusted advisor and consultant.

In his spare time, Tom is committed to improving communities both locally and internationally, demonstrated through his deep involvement in Rotary and community service work, and several non-profit boards, including ArtsFund  and EvergreenHealth Foundation.

Tom is also a key facilitator and organizer for Rotary District 5030's RISE leadership development program that focuses on the principles of servant leadership, coordinating workshops and mentoring participants, The program is highly praised for its quality and positive impact on participants' professional lives and Rotary leadership.
